S: Mini cukes, lf string cheese
L: Salad w/ celery, tomato, onion, 1 oz goat cheese, 1/2 c. garbanzo beans, balsamic vinaigrette
S: Bell pepper, 1/4 c. cashews
D: Chicken w/ broccoli (?)
S: ???
E: None, more than likely
